6 months no alcohol before and after
So I came here, and Think about quitting at times but because of life circumstances nothing takes the edge off like a couple of beers. I have gone through a host of other weird things week to week. He said everything looks fine. He was loved by so many. Have not had alcohol for 6 weeks and lost another 5 lbs in 2 weeks. These can include anxiety, minor agitation, restlessness, I have been mostly AF for 6 months now I had a glass of wine a month ago and another the month prior to that. Have already noticed improvement in my sleep and temperament. Sadly this time the great sleeps havent happened. Ive struggled through dry months. Hey there, I am now 75 days in and feel a l lot better in general. Ive become active in sports and generally overall my life is much better. Stay strong, never give up, its never to late to make a change. I have energy, passion, drive, concentration & guess what? I would even switch up the stores so it didnt look as bad. I have read some articles about nail color, and they all say there may be an underlying health issue. I am now 7months clean . I do more running now and my family life is so much better best thing I ever did !! I still love the taste of a good beer, so I often have ONE (just one) on Friday or Saturday nights. (Spoiler alert: If you lose, you end up chugging beer.
